Last weekend I fell down a rabbit hole of YouTubing art supplies I made a wonderful discovery - and her name is Frannerd. She is a freelance illustrator based out of London by way of Berlin. But she is most well-known for her candid, delighful and most helpful YouTube videos about her life as an illustrator.
And look, look, she is so funny. She wins me over because her personality totally shines through in everything she creates. But also, she gives her viewers a look behind the scenes of her personal journey and illustration process with videos on how she draws all of the wonderful things below, what art supplies she's using, her inspirations, what she's reading, and much more.
I found this video on how she found her voice particularly helpful, because I am going through the same thing. And it's good to know I'm not alone in this quest!
