Each piece is original artwork or made-to-order print. For this reason, all sales are final and returns are not accepted except in cases of shipping damage.

If artwork arrives damaged in transit:
• Contact Jess within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged artwork.
• The seller will assist with either a refund or re-order.

Returns or refunds for reasons other than shipping damage (including change of mind, size, or framing preference) are not accepted. Please read the artwork description carefully and ask Jess if questions arise!
